The story so far for Homepoint is one of success and continuous growth, not just in terms of the number of offices we now have in the West Midlands region but also regarding the number of property based services that we offer.

Accessibility and diversity are the drivers that we focus upon to keep our business moving forward, ensuring that we can continue to offer the best possible range and levels of service to our clients and customers.

We started with our first branch in Wolverhampton in 2005 and more recently opened a new branch in Kingstanding, North Birmingham in February 2012. In between, we have demonstrated that our business model works by opening our Walsall branch in 2008.

The success of Homepoint is based on offering our buyers and sellers, our landlords and tenants, our commercial clients and those looking to invest in property, the range of services they require coupled with the attention to detail they deserve.

2018 Our History

Back in 2005, we started our first branch offering Residential Sales, expanding into Residential Lettings and Property Management in 2007. In 2009, we expanded into Commercial Sales and Lettings, and our expansion continued in 2010 when we started providing our clients with an online Auction service.

In 2011, in response to client requirements, we started providing specialist Portfolio Management tailored to each client’s individual needs. Most recently, in March 2012, we expanded into Block Management.

Good service depends on good staff and, at Homepoint, we are fortunate enough to have people working in all of our branches who are both talented and experienced in what they do.

Every property market is different, so good local knowledge is essential, which is why Homepoint employs people who have this experience, together with a desire to be successful and a passion for providing the very best level of service.

It is the quality of our staff combined with our use of the best technology on offer that ensures we continue to meet and surpass the requirements of our clients and customers, ultimately driving our future growth and success.
